We offer Individual Advocacy, this means:
Helping one person to share their thoughts, feelings and wishes.
Having an Independent Advocate means:
Having somone on your side helping you to tell other people what your thoughts, feelings and wishes are.
An Advocate will also :
Make sure that your thoughts, feelings and wishes are understood by other people.
Make sure that you understand what other people may be saying to you or about you.
Help you to understand and speak out when things are changing for you.
Make sure that you have a safe and private place where you can come and tell us about your thoughts, feelings and wishes.

Your Advocate Can Help You To:
Think through problems
Find information for you.
Help you find out what choices you have.
Find a way that will mean you stay in control of your life.
Help you to understand and make decisions about what might be happening in your life.
Speak on your behalf if you do not feel able to.
